Ordered a pc case on 19/09/20, case was in stock, paid extra for next day delivery, as of writing this on 25/09/20, no sign of delivery. Sent email to customer service over 24h ago, no response received.
I appreciate that during current covid situation, things are difficult operations wise, but do not give false certainty when clearly you cannot fulfill it.
Disappointed with my recent experience with AWD IT. Hopefully, in future this will be different.
