POOR AND SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE
I Was extremely happy to find a retailer for the potty I was after however after submitting my order, my experience with Baby Studio went markedly downhill.
Firstly after reading many reviews regarding their “fast” delivery, I was extremely disappointed when it took more than 4 weeks for my order to be dispatched.
Secondly I received notifications on 2 separate occasions (2 weeks apart) that I was getting a refund for some of my items with no explanation as to why. So it seems that because it took a month to dispatch my order, items may have no longer been available.
Thirdly I contacted Baby studio on 2 occasions (2 and 4 weeks following order placement) asking for an update of my order as I had not received any notification. The first time I received a response saying that the package would be dispatched in the next few days and 2 weeks later I received no response.
Fourthly due to the delay in receiving my goods, the item I ordered was further reduced in price, I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience of waiting and did not get a response.
I have no issues with the products I ordered though. I haven’t used them yet but they look to be of a good quality.
