Wrong condition and unhelpful customer service.
The phone delivered was not as described. It had visible scratches including on the screen. Initially customer services were helpful and offered a small refund for part of the difference between excellent and fair conditions. Unfortunately the refund never materialised. Multiple promises and many excuses - it was a delay / an error / an oversight etc. each one after I waited a few days for the refund to clear. I assume now that these are all lies.
Never using again. Don’t recommend you do either.
