I bought a phone via Back Market. About 4 months later the battery started swelling, pushing the screen out of the casing. The device is within their 12 month warranty. But Back Market gave me the run around. I was told to go to a Google certified repair shop and get a diagnostic report, after sending them the report I was told to get a quote for the repair When did I become responsible for administrating the repair of a faulty, in warranty device?! I'm sick of them wasting my time.
