I had bough a phone from them 2 years ago that was in a very good condition. This year I ordered 2 phones and both were in very bad condition. In the process of complaining to Backmarket, they told me you are fraud and closed my account! If your account is closed you can't contact anyone. I'm very unhappy with the experience.
