2 weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 12 it came and looked great on the outside however as I started the transfer the screen started to tap on stuff on its own. It kept doing it so I requested a repair/replacement. I have received the “replacement” today and the same issue has occurred, so in my opinion the seller resent me the same phone I had issues with before without any form of fixing it whatsoever! I am so disappointed with my experience with the back market as a few of friends have had good experiences, however the same cannot be said for me. I also tried to call up and speak to someone however, the phone hung up before I could do so! So, now I am stuck with the same broken phone I was given before hand and no idea what to do from here.
