I sent a phone for a trade in and was paid no problem them I sent a Nintendo and another phone to be traded in was told the payment was sent on the 23 nothing came . Contacted them and was told payment is blocked but with no explanation as to why or by who. I asked for my stuff back or to get paid and all I got is we are looking into it will get back to you. Today is the first and nothing. I don’t think I will get paid or get my stuff back either sadly and nothing I can do and no the items were not stolen.
