I bought a refurbished phone from Back Market recently. When checking out, the autofill delivery address system filled in my address when typing in my road name. Immediately after checking out, I realised the address was wrong (correct road name/flat number, wrong postcode). I immediately contacted customer support, and had a terrible experience. They seemed disinterested, and refused to cancel my order - even though I'd only just put the order through. They took several hours to respond (an automated response), and had no call-center to contact by phone. They redirected me to Royal Mail to potentially get the parcel redirected, but gave me the wrong contact details. Terrible customer service, and they were completely disinterested and unhelpful when it came to resolving the issue.
