i traded in my i-pad after being offered a good price, only to be given a counter offer which was ridiculous and far too low. I accidentally accepted the offer (i would have not accepted this low offer). I told them i had accidentally accepted the offer and didn't want to trade in my i-pad for such a low amount but they replied with "sorry but they could no longer return my item".
This company really shouldn't be allowed to trade if this is how they deal with their customers. It's a scam!
