Really bad experience. Ordered a samsung and a tablet both from Backmarket. After reading reviews thought it would be okay...wrong
So the phone took over 18 hrs to get to full charge and the tablet came with the wrong charging cable. Returned the phone for a refund which is not an easy process, pdf photos need to be uploaded onto their website with right dimensions..
