My debit card was fraudulently used to purchase two IPhones. I reported to my bank, but Back Market wouldn't return money even though they received both phones back and they were refunded the money from third party company. So, after 6 months of dealing with Back Market, we still haven't received our money which was 690.31. Very bad company to deal with. No one there is helpful. They cannot be trusted. Do NOT purchase from this company. They are thieves!!
