Backmarket shipped me a broken “refurbished phone.” The gps and tap to pay on the phone didn’t work so I sent to back to be fixed. After weeks of waiting for it to come back once again, it comes back completely unfixed. I take the phone to a phone repair store where they discover the entire inside of the phone looks damaged. The parts that I sent back to be fixed were completely disconnected from their placements inside. The repair woman told me it looks like they hadn’t even checked the phone and proceeded to write me an inspection notice to send to them. Very unprofessional. 500 dollars for this “refurbished” phone mind you…
