To all sellers, Don't waste your time selling to Backmarket. I went online and they said I'd get a 100 based on the questions I asked. Seemed simple enough. Well they sent me the pre-paid label and I shipped them my device! 4 days later, they changed their offer from 100 to 40 saying the PS was cracked! I sent them pictures showing the device had no cracks prior to shipping! Long story short, they sent my device back with an additional crack and missing screws! Unbelievable!!! Why are you taking the device apart in the first place???? And if you gone take it apart put it back right!!! So essentially, they put the cracks in my PS4 and them blamed me!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Sell it locally don't waste your time......
