My iPhone arrived with a non-functioning Lightning port. I can only charge it with MagSafe.
Sure, I could technically send it back and roll the dice with them again. But I’m an Emergency Responder and I can’t be without a phone for work.
With so many other reputable options out there, there is no reason to use this place.
