I got an iPad that stopped working after 10 months. I sent it back to get it fixed because it had 12 months of warranty. They said they can't fix it and they will return my money asap. They said they did. No proof of that . For months I have emailed my bank statements stamped by the bank showing that I haven't received the refund . The bank confirmed no payment was received. They don't respond to my claim , no refund , no ipad. !!
