Do not use back market. I ignored the other reviews thinking “how bad could it be?”. Turns out pretty bad. We ordered a laptop, supposedly refurbished, like new, and the screen was immediately glitching as soon as we started using it. Sent back immediately. Almost a month later and I still haven’t had a refund. We were only going to save a couple hundred pounds and it just wasn’t worth it. Ended up buying new. Still waiting for a refund.
