I purchased one phone before and it was fine so I thought I would try again. Nope. I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 in “good” condition. When it came, the eSIM on it wasn’t working, it just said eSIM not compatible. I took it to AT&T where they told me I’d have to return the phone because it’s either black listed or it’s still somehow attached to someone else’s plan. I can only imagine this happening through someone stealing a lost phone and reselling it, then the person “refurbishing” it doing absolutely ZERO testing on it. I returned it two days after receiving it, and UPS lost my package. It’s been a pain to get them to just give me a refund since I don’t have the phone and it came broken anyways. Just don’t bother. They keep dragging on the process. The package was lost on 3/1, so a week.
