I have ordered several cell phones over the years and each one would have a different issue ranging from touchscreen to microphone malfunctions. Who has the capability to wipe their phone and do without to send it back for repairs? If they were refurbished correctly that would not be needed. EVERY PHONE HAD AN ISSUE.
