Seamless communication and pickup experience. We’ve used a number of different transportation services the different times we’ve been to Bali. The booking process was really easy - you get detailed instructions on where to meet the driver, and their phone number, photo and car information ahead of time.
The only apprehension is not having used this service before and only finding it randomly online. Our driver Gede was really welcoming and friendly on the drive to our hotel, the car was very comfortable with A/C. We would happily book this service again!
