The driver Wayan was very friendly, courteous polite and professional. He was very informative on the journey to our hotel about Bali and the area we were staying. He let us know if we needed a driver to take us anywhere in Bali to give him a call without any pressure. The pre pick up preparation included WhatsApp messaging which made communication perfect. Would definitely recommend and use again ourselves
