This experience was perfect for first getting to Bali. Everything was extremely organized and when you landed and got through customs, it was easy to find your driver and get on the road. Bawa (our driver) was extremely kind and made arriving in Bali feel like home immediately. We are weeks into our trip and still talking about Bawa. We actually ended up using him later in the trip too as a driver! Would 100% recommend!
