Michael and Bali Holiday Secrets combine the best of Western service standards with the best of Balinese service standards. They are professional, detailed, warm, friendly and flexible. We transferred from the airport to West Bali National Forest, a 4 to 5 hour drive depending on traffic. A great experience with our driver, Komang. Good conversation, quiet time, breaks when we wanted and a stop for supplies. Komang even asked if we were in a hurry or wanted to take it easy. We said, "take it easy," and it was a pleasant and smooth journey. We'll be using Bali Holiday Secrets whenever we need airport transfer or tour packages and drivers. The price was right also, substantially cheaper than the hotel price. A great service.
