The driver was polite, respectful and prompt. He was awesome! The coffee, tea and tour itself were nice as well, with the exception of the questionable ethics of the Luwak coffee shop. There were 2 civets caged with one pacing back and forth. When asked, the site employees said they’re let out at night with “handlers” watching them. Haven’t been able to confirm or deny, but regardless, the place seems to make enough to make a more habitable environment for the animals during the day and night.
