We booked several day trips and transfers through Bali holiday secrets. Their service was excellent. Michael was very easy to communicate with and handled one minor issue that we had promptly and professionally. Special shout out to our driver Gede who was very friendly and was happy to help with all of our requests. He even entertained our 2 year old with children’s videos when she got restless in the car. Would definitely use this service again. 5 stars.
