Bali Holiday Secret is definitely a 5-star experience. Due to a booking error *on my part*, I arrived in Bali one day earlier than they were expecting me. While it was totally in Bali Holiday Secret's rights to leave me on my own, my driver (Made) still managed to rush to the airport and pick me up. This saved me a lot of stress from having to fend off the very pushy taxi touts and find alternative transportation. After the airport pickup, my man Made proceeded right to tour part of the package (I booked transport + day tour), which consisted of babi guling and then surfboard shopping. Despite my miscommunication, the day proceeded exactly as I originally planned.
