Had an airport transfer. Sure was convenient. It took us forever to get through the airport. I messaged our driver directly from inside the airport on WhatsApp to tell how delayed we were. He waited and finally we got through and met him outside. He had a sign with Baliholiday Secrets on it. He had a big smile and a very warm demeanour. In our frazzled state, it was really nice to see him and know we were in good hands. Air conditioned car was immaculate. Driving skills very good. He was very patient. We would use Kudek again.
