Excellent Service. We booked our airport transfer to Ubud just the day before and the whole process was seamless and simple. Our driver was Kadek and communication with him via WhatsApp was easy. Having the photo of Kadek and the vehicle prior was also helpful. I was glad that I’d sent him my photo prior to arrival as dual recognition was particularly useful amongst the hundreds of other drivers at the busy arrivals transport area. The vehicle was a modern SUV - comfortable, clean, cool and with plenty of room for luggage. Kadek was a very professional and safe driver. He spoke good English, provided friendly, helpful advice about Bali - overall a faultless service. I don’t normally bother with reviews but this appears to be a relatively new business and should be commended for the top notch, safe, comfortable and efficient driving service as well as the seamless booking process. 10/10
