We were very happy we used Bali Holiday Secrets to arrange our transfers and touring days in Bali. Our guide, Gede Ardi was fantastic. Always on time, funny, great driver, upbeat attitude, he was a pleasure to be with. Gede even loaned me a suitcase and let me leave some clothes with him while we did a side trip to the Gili Islands! It made moving around in the Gilis much easier. Booking with Bali Holiday Secrets was easy. The website works well, and the options and descriptions of things are as clear as it gets. I’ll book with them again (and hope that Gede is my driver).
