I found "Michael" on a Google search and I am so glad I did. His drivers (so far I have dealt with 3 of them) all speak good English and are knowledgeable of Bali. Our driver offered to take us out for days if he had any gaps in his schedule and having seen how busy the roads are and how people drive I am glad I took up his offer. The price of the airport transfer in a private car was excellent value and it gave me a chance to find out all about Bali and how things work. That was worth the price alone. You will get a picture of the driver that is picking you up and you send them a picture of yourself and then that way you can recognise your driver . Your driver will be carrying a card with the company name on it so nobody else can jump in and use your name in an effort to 'steal' your business.
