Dendong was the best! She was so patient and kind and even helped me to find the shop where I had pre-ordered a SIM card before leaving the airport.
I also liked how the company sent me a photo of the driver and vehicle before in advance so I knew what to look for at the pickup area.
I would highly recommend booking!
