Dependable and friendly service, would definitely book again! I randomly stumbled across a Bali Holiday Secrets webpage while planning my first trip to Bali. When it came time for me to book airport transport, I quickly became overwhelmed with which option to choose (book a driver ahead of time? book through an app after arriving? use hotel shuttle? go with a random taxi at the airport?). Then I remembered that Bali Holiday Secrets listed a driving service on their website. I couldn't tell how legit the website was, and I was nervous because I was a solo traveling female. But I went out on a limb and booked a driver to pick me up from DPS and take me to my hotel. It turned out great...they sent really helpful instructions to follow after arriving at DPS and a photo of my driver and their car. It was super easy to connect with them at the airport. I ended up booking them again for a full day to drive around south Bali. Super friendly, reasonably priced, reliable, and safe. I'll definitely use them again!
