There were some issues with my arrival that were my fault. Bali HS worked with me to resolve the back and forth arrival timing and couldn't have been nicer. That was the booking side of things. As for my driver, she was waiting for me when I arrived and communicated over WhatsApp to make sure the meet up was smooth. Clean, comfortable car with great A/C. Thank you
