07.04.2024 - Airport Transfer + Day Tour with Arya was excellent, 5 stars. Very polite, friendly, had suggestions where to go, helped us to take photos, contacted us at the airport by WhatsApp so it was very easy to meet up. We had a great day with Arya and Koman (?) who was training with him. 11.04.2024 - Airport Transfer with Putu was 3 stars. He was scheduled to pick us up at 9:30 and we did not get any Whatsapp communication from him. We were early to the pick up because most drivers have arrived early. By 9:30 we were very worried when we didn't hear anything. I sent him a few Whatsapp and he replied that he was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes late. I would not have been so worried if he had told us in advance that he was running late, but with no communication, we were about to pay for another taxi to the airport.
