Absolutely outstanding service from Bali Holiday secrets. Our driver Whyan was wonderful even waiting an extra 2 hours when my plane was delayed on arrival.
He was very friendly and went to great lengths to ensure we were ok and even texted us on WhatsApp the day after arrival to see if we slept ok and had settled well.
All transfers were spot on, Michael’s communication was 5 star and I found him very warm snd easy to deal with.
Would use Bali Secrects again for sure.
