I cannot fault the experience I have had thus far with Michael and Bali Holiday Secrets. The website is easy to navigate and provides so much worthwhile information which ensured I felt more at ease travelling on my own; especially with the new requirements for entry to Bali. I am so happy that I decided to request transport to and from the airport. It was very easy to complete the scaffold provided on line and the communication emails which I received from Michael were extremely professional and thorough; even including the driver's name, where he would be waiting and a photograph. Rizal. the assigned driver sent me a reassuring message on the morning of my departure. He was obliviously tracking the flight. Not only was Rizal punctual and reliable, he was a true gentleman and very easy to talk to. I couldn't be more impressed!! Thank you Michael and Rizal.
