Perfect service. We had a flight with a stop in Singapore but didn't make it to the second flight - because of a delay, so we got rebooked on a later flight. At the airport in Denpasar Bali we had again a delay, because my baggage got lost.
I've kept our driver updated all the time on whatsapp and it wasn't a problem. Was happy to get this good service after such a travel.
