First time travelling to Bali and it was chaos on the airport. The driver got in touch right after we landed and described where he was waiting. We were a little late due to queuing for visas, but the driver was very patient and waited for us. With a description by email from Muchael in advance, getting from the airport to the hotel went like a dream. Bali Holiday Secrets is highly recommended for anyone thinking of traveling to Bali.
