It was very easy to book, Michael was responsive, sent us lots of information other than the booking with him. It felt safe and he was very well organised. Our driver, Gede, was a delight! So helpful and informative. It was a relief to see him at the airport and he was prompt to pick us up on the way back to the airport. Service was excellent from start to finish and after researching other companies, which were cheaper, their reviews were not good, so this is definitely the way to go, Bali Holiday Secrets!
