Really simple and easy process to book transfer from airport to hotel. I was given the WhatsApp for our driver Wayan, which really helped as our flight was delayed so the original meeting time at the airport was delayed a few hours, whatsapped Wayan and he said no problem and waited for us to arrive.
Wayan was a brilliant driver and answered our questions on the 2+ hour drive up to Ubud.
These guys are a much better service than risking a random taxi.
