I retired from work at the end of 2019. Now I have time to pursue numerous interests. It is a great time to be alive, because there are so many excellent resources for learning. So I do not have to "dig it out of the ground" each time I find a new endeavor. I was intrigued by the idea of making sourdough bread and in exploring this, decided to get a real bread baking foundation. The course by Mr. Berneti fills that bill completely. So much information! Plus, there really is a lot to be said for a visual demonstration to accompany text. No matter how many times I read about "stretch slap and fold" it was made clearer on the video.
