Bed kingdom supplied the package size information faster than any of the other vendors that I approached, hence my choice. Their communication was clear and relevant. Putting it together was tricky and the manual/instructions were not as good as the bed itself. One of the screws fell out on the first night with the screw hole threads still attached. I have yet to identify which one it was, but it hasn’t fallen apart yet. It takes my thick mattress and it’s just the right height for me with good clearance beneath for vacuum cleaning and air circulation. It doesn’t flex excessively or creak when I move on it.
