Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, I was unable to view the product before purchasing. When the shelves arrived (very promptly), they didn’t suit the decor of our house.
When Ben was made aware of my concerns, he suggested that I return them and he offered a full refund.
However good an internet site is, there is always the risk that the goods received do not meet expectation. I’m very grateful that Ben acted so quickly to rectify matters.
