“So pleased I discovered this company. Fantastic product, great customer service dealing with any queries I had. Fast delivery. Originally bought a shelve to go above our marble fire surround, then decided to get two more shelves made to measure to go on either side. Looks awesome.”

“Recently purchased two shelves & brackets for my kitchen from Ben Simpson Furniture (BSF) & njust say I was really impressed : * Their website is very comprehensive, intuative & informative. * The range & size of products is large. * Delivery of my order was expedited promptly & my order arrived on time. I was kept well informed as to progress so I always knew where my order was in the delivery process. * On arrival I found the shelves & all the required fittings were of good quality & extremely robust, more than adequate for the purpose intended. * BSF also included a good quality set of instructions showing the best way to fit the shelves. If you're looking for a good quality product, at a reasonable price, with prompt delivery & excellent customer care I highly recommend that you give Ben Simpson Furniture a Try.”

“Really sad to see the beautiful industrial hairpin legs have now been powder coated black. One table now doesn’t match the rest of the Ben Simpson furniture in my home. Decent quality as expected but spoilt by the non industrial block painting”

Good morning, Thank you for getting in touch, Due to popular demand a couple of years ago we changed all of the legs to the colour black. In saying that, we are more than happy to supply you with raw steel hairpin legs if this is what you would like. I have tried to call you a couple of times but have been unable to get through. You are welcome to return these for an exchange though if you wish to. The best way to do this is to keep the table and the fixings and just send back the legs. The return form will be inside the fitting instructions, just fill this out ticking the exchange box and write a note to say you would like the raw steel ones instead. We suggest using a courier comparison site called Parcel monkey, this will be the cheapest way of returning your legs: www.parcelmonkey.co.uk As soon as we receive the legs back at our workshop we will send you the raw steel ones.
