“Really pleased with garden table initially but after only one weekend the wood is splitting and has deep cracks in it. Customer service do not view wood cracking and splitting after only two days use as a problem. I was intending to purchase benches too but now changed my mind . Disappointed with quality.”

Hi Wendy, We are so sorry to read that you feel this way, as mentioned in our communication we are happy to issue you with a full refund as we never want to leave a customer unhappy after a purchase with us. Regarding the splits in the table, wood is a natural material and naturally expands and contracts with changes in weather. This characteristic is common in all solid wooden products of this size. Rest assured, the structural integrity of our furniture remains unaffected, and any splits that occur will naturally shrink as the weather cools down. To address any potential sharp or splintered edges that may arise in extreme temperatures, we offer furniture care packs. “The website is very confusing around what colour shelves you are actually buying. There is one photo with small circles of the different colours which makes it very difficult to see the difference. And no photos of the different available colours as shelves in place. And then if you don't get the colour you were expecting it is your responsibility to send them back to exchange. All in all very disappointing and wouldn't recommend”

Thanks for your feedback Nick, I just want to let you know we have worked on your comments and now offer sample packs to purchase online. Hi, Thank you for getting in touch, I am so sorry but due to Brexit, DPD have temporarily closed down their European services whilst they catch up with the influx they have experienced. Your parcel is in process with DPD and will be delivered as soon as possible.
