“Really sad to see the beautiful industrial hairpin legs have now been powder coated black. One table now doesn’t match the rest of the Ben Simpson furniture in my home. Decent quality as expected but spoilt by the non industrial block painting”

Good morning, Thank you for getting in touch, Due to popular demand a couple of years ago we changed all of the legs to the colour black. In saying that, we are more than happy to supply you with raw steel hairpin legs if this is what you would like. I have tried to call you a couple of times but have been unable to get through. You are welcome to return these for an exchange though if you wish to. The best way to do this is to keep the table and the fixings and just send back the legs. The return form will be inside the fitting instructions, just fill this out ticking the exchange box and write a note to say you would like the raw steel ones instead. We suggest using a courier comparison site called Parcel monkey, this will be the cheapest way of returning your legs: www.parcelmonkey.co.uk As soon as we receive the legs back at our workshop we will send you the raw steel ones. “I have received my 3 rustic shelves and am so happy. Although ordered before Christmas and the company shut over the festive period, the items came first week of January. Sturdy, well made, perfect size and so rustic and look great. Thank you will definitely be using again as I need a small hall table.”

“We bought a 15cm deep floating shelf. I didn't order a sample of colours but turned out the colour selected from photos was really true to the order. The fitting was super easy, surprisingly we got it perfect first time and it now looks perfect above our sofa between the wall lights. Highly recommended, I will be buying again in the future”

“Great quality furniture! We bought the dining table, a bench seat with trapezium style legs and two floating shelves in rustic oak finish and could not be happier. Furniture was easy to build and feels really sturdy and strong once it’s done. I would really recommend purchasing the dining furniture”
