Easy to order, well packed, exactly as described and arrived within 3 working days of order. I would have awarded five stars if not for the issues listed below.
1) Shelves with inverted brackets could only be supplied in one depth due I assume to only having one size of inverted brackets.
2) I thought a little expensive for stained softwood but maybe I am out of touch with prices.
