We had a quick response to wood colour questions. On-line ordering was easy and arrived quickly with really good packaging. Wooden shelves are fantastic and really pleased with them. The only thing which was the brackets could have been a bit more forgiving, as they are a very tight fit and you have to know where you want them straight away or they nark the wood. Overall though now they are up we love them!
