Delighted with the service received. The shelf is exactly what I wanted - the brackets give the shelf a sculptural feel which adds to its beauty. The instructional booklet which accompanied the shelf has been beautifully produced, so much thought has gone in to it - I have kept it to show to family and friends. It demonstrates your caring attitude towards your customers. Just one tiny bit of advice - Parcel Force don't treat their parcels with the respect they deserve - the parcel arrived with quite a few knocks and tears to the cardboard. I held my breath when unwrapping it and thankfully there was only one small dent in the wood. So I would recommend putting another thicker layer of something around the actual wooden shelf to try and protect it further. Thank you for my lovely shelf.
