I brought floating shelves by mistake as I didn't realise they couldn't be fitted to plasterboard walls. Rang the company and Nicole was brilliant at helping me buy some new brackets so my shelves didn't go to waste! Very good costumer service. And I now love my shelves! Would recommend.
