Delivery was prompt. However, I am very disappointed with the shelves. They are not at all the colour described. The stain has been scantily applied and is patchy. Given that these shelves are priced higher than comparable items at lower prices, I am disappointed with the quality and the service. They have not offered a refund and expect you to pay postage to return the item even though it is not of standard or as described.
